About

Our Story

Float4Good brings people together on floaties to raise FUNDS and FUN for GOOD causes. Join an event, host your own, or grab a floatie and make a splash for change!

Through organised events, private floats, birthday parties, and other grassroots float initiatives, we offer events, platforms, locations, and floaties that allow you to raise funds — and have fun — for any cause or charity.

Greg Bertish is a serial philanthropist and charity campaigner. As chairman of the Aloha Award and founder of the Shark Spotters Programme and The Little Optimist Trust NPO, he has been instrumental in setting up and running multiple charity events over the past 20 years. His initiatives — including Paddle 4 Presents, The Great Optimist Race, and The Optimist Challenge — have supported more than 20 different charities over the past decade.

Float4Good is the culmination of this work. It’s designed to support not only The Little Optimist Trust, but also any other charitable cause, project, or individual in need — think children, animals, the ocean, health, the planet, and people.

Our aim is to help you highlight your cause and easily raise awareness and funds. Our team and platform are here to help, offering everything from planning, organisation, event management, activations, floaties, portable pools, gazebos, staff, lifeguards, and more.
